NÄ Liko, LLC is currently hiring Leaders for our Aina Haina Elementary School afterschool program!
Overview:
NÄ Liko staff are care providers and behavioral models for the keiki enrolled in our afterschool program. Our goal is to create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for both our staff and the keiki in our care. Leaders are highly-valued members of the NÄ Liko team, who contribute to the daily operations of the afterschool program by providing supervision, instruction, homework assistance, and direction in an interactive role. Join a start-up company built on years of experience and gain experience working with K-5 students! You will receive a lot of training and work directly with the company founders and managers.
Summary of Duties:
Supervise the keiki in your care at all times
Ensure the safety of our keiki is maintained by following company standards and protocols
Serve as a positive role model for the keiki in our program
Actively engage with all of the keiki in our care to promote participation in our many activities
Implement and lead pre-planned activities (indoor and outdoor)
Collaborate and communicate with team members daily
Uphold company standards of professionalism and exceptional customer service
Consistently enforce NÄ Liko policies and programming
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Patience
A positive attitude
Self-starter
Experience working with children (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Must be able to help elementary students with homework questions
