Piaget Art School & Nursery is the first and only private-school center for infants and toddlers in Central Maui!
We are looking for highly qualified individuals to provide loving and expert care for our littles ones in our intimate and professional nursery setting.
Job discription:
Provide expert and nurturing infant/toddler quality care for children aged 6-weeks to 36-months in a Hawai'i State licensed childcare center. Duties include (but are not limited to) diaper changing, bottle/spoon feeding, baby sleep care, set-up and take-down of recess materials, supervising recess/transitions, basic cleaning duties of nursery and preparing age-appropriate discovery and art curriculum; Our ratio is 1 adult to 4 little ones.
Minimum experience and education required for Position A:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
12 units approved ECE/CD course-work
30-hour course-work in infant/toddler
ECE development from an accredited teacher training program or institute
1-3 verifiable years of full-time experience working with children under 36 months in a licensed group setting.
Minimum experience and education required for Position B:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
30-hour course-work in infant/toddler
ECE development from an accredited teacher training program or institute
(30-hour course-work may possibly be completed during employment period)
1-2 years of full-time experience working with children under 5 years in a group setting (experience in exempt facilities is acceptable.)

Days: M-F (except W: 7:45-12PM)
Wages: $20.00/hour
Position begins: April, 1, 2019
Position B
Job Type: Part-Time (contract)
Hours: 1:45PM-5:15PM
Days: M-F (except W: 11:45-5:15PM)
Wages: $15.00/hour
Position begins: ASAP
