Kuki`o, a private golf and beach club community, is seeking qualified applicants for the following full-time position:
CHIEF ENGINEER
5-10 years supervisory experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in a club, resort or hotel services.
Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing functions.
Knowledge in pneumatic/electronic systems and controls.
Carpentry and finish skills.
Fire suppression systems and kitchen equipment.
General building knowledge (interior and exterior).
Building codes and regulations.
The Chief Engineer will maintain all Club assets in superior condition, including buildings, pools, and utility systems. In addition, this position is directly responsible for the supervision, prioritization and direction of the Engineering team members.
