Construction Cost Control Engineers work in project teams to establish budgets, coordinate pre-plans, and then manage changes, budget risks, and cost forecasting.
Prefer someone is strong technically and enjoys a challenge, able to monitor and analyzing costs.
Calculating the variance between the budgeting forecast and actuals, Performing weekly and monthly meetings and reports.
Support Quantity Take off stablish lead measurable progress items principals.
Systematically developing and adjusting budgets.
Software:
Get Trained and learning Power-apps and Power-BI. Get trained in SPE, eCMS, Aconex and OnBase project specific software.
Will get familiar with specific construction sequences, schedules, and methods.
Create Cost Performance Dashboards and other visuals.
Provide Support and Project Control Tasks:
Review Procurement Comparison Matrices and Budget allocations.
Willing to learn! Flexible personality, Excellent with customer support.
2 years preferably Engineering , construction or related industry knowledge
Degree helpful in engineering
If have estimating knowledge with other mixed construction that is helpful
Can do attitude
