Full time Estimator / Project Manager for small commercial contractor.
Qualifications & Responsibility
1. Associates / Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years experience in ground up to finish commercial construction
3. Must be self starter with strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Excellent organizational skills
5. Review bid set of plans, documents, specifications, addendum & qualification
6. Make detailed quantity take off's
7. Obtain subcontractor and material quotes
8. Generate complete estimate for review and approval
9. Prepare material buy out and subcontractor hiring
10. Issue purchase orders and submittals
11. Coordinate with project foreman
12. Prepare and track project correspondence, RFI's, CP's & CO's
