Royce Construction Services is a design-build contractor that specializes in federal healthcare renovation projects for the U.S. Army across the country. We're seeking a local On-Site Construction Superintendent at Tripler Army Medical Center and Schofield Barracks.
General job duties:
Attend site visits.
Participate in the proposal process.
Participate in the design review process.
Oversee the construction lifecycle, from mobilization to close-out.
Manage subcontractor efforts.
Oversee quality and safety programs.
Prepare project schedules.
Position requirements & preferred qualifications:
Positive attitude and excellent relationship skills
Proactive, responsible, independent, and detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in healthcare construction a must!
ASHE HCC (2-day course) or willing to attend
Construction trade skills a big plus
