Seven plus years Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Management degree or equivalent technical training and experience.
Seven years or more years in construction/estimating Project Management, prefer federal project knowledge.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to obtain military base access through a background screening.
Able to run a small to medium sized commercial project from start to finish.
