Duties:
The Quality Control (QC) Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the QC program on whichever projects you may be assigned.
The QC Manager will interface with Owner’s Quality Assurance on all quality related issues.
Be technically experienced and capable of comprehending the scope of the project and specifications, standards, and code requirements.
Perform daily field inspections, standards, and code requirements for all disciplines.
Perform daily field inspections to verify work complies with the project specifications and applicable codes.
Perform material inspections to verify that the products are to specifications and that storage, staging and material handling methods are implemented.
Submit and review RFIs to ensure changes are implemented in the field.
Verify that Definable features of work (DFOW) testing confirms to specification requirements, is fully documented, tracked and archived.
Audit trade partner quality control procedures.
Minimum of 7 plus years’ experience on medium sized commercial federal projects preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communications
Computer Software: MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Primavera helpful! We will train!
Degree in MEP Engineering or Construction Management.
Certifications is an must
