OverviewWe are seeking a COUNTER PROLIFERATION / WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION (CP/CWMD) INTELLIGENCE ANALYSTSto support our customer at SOCPAC. Summary: The contractor shall provideCP/CWMD intelligence analysissupport to the SOCPACSOJ55. Responsibilities

Facilitate and support SOJ55 with the development and production of the SOCPAC CWMD campaign supporting plan.

Maintain subject matter expertise and knowledge of National and DoD CONPLAN/OPLANs, Strategies, Directives, and Implementation plans.

Facilitate and support SOJ55 with the development of CWMD courses of action and concepts of operation for SOCPAC and USPACOM.

Provide strategic and operational linkages to concept development and implementation.

Synchronize CWMD special programs with DoD policy.

Facilitate and coordinate the development of CWMD talking points and written narratives for key leader engagements.

Participate in Joint and Operational Planning Groups to provide CWMD and SOF input towards Theater Campaign Planning, response plans, and Joint Staff directed PLANORDs.

Participate with USSOCOM and multiple GCC and interagency partners to provide CWMD and SOF subject matter expertise.

Facilitate and coordinate on CWMD country prioritization documents and presentations.

Coordinate revisions and input to assessments.

Coordinate on all CWMD inputs to SOCPAC Strategic and Operational planning.

Assist with executive-level updates to senior leaders.

Provide weekly input to talking points and executive summaries.

Participate in weekly Joint Staff, USPACOM and USSOCOM CT events.

CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.

Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

Deployment: Deployments of no more than 90 days may be required to the following countries: Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Thailand, or Singapore.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

Eight (8) years’ of experience (within the last 10 years) in CWMD Intelligence Analysis.

Ten (10) years’ intelligence staff experience, tactical through operational/COCOM

Six (6) years’ of experience with analysis, reporting and briefing within COCOM Intelligence Enterprise, the U.S. Intelligence Community, and the Interagency

Six (6) years of experience using theater and national level intelligence automated information, intelligence, and communication systems, tools, databases, and programs

Education:

Master’s (MS/MA) degree in any field

Clearance Requirements:

Must have active TS/SCI clearance
