IA-System Security Administrator

Location: Oahu, HI

Job Summary: KaiHonua, LLC has an immediate opening for an IA/System Security Administrator to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) Must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance:

Provide overall server security management consultation services and provide troubleshooting of networks, including IA suites using various security analysis tools and applications (e.g., HBSS, Security, eRetina, HBSS Server Admin)
Privileged user on application development/staging server; SharePoint application developer
Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
Other duties as assigned.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree
Equivalent combination of knowledge and specialized experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree
Satisfy CSWF 8140.01 Code 45 requirements
Host-Based Security System (HBSS) cert and the appropriate Operating System (OS) cert or training, MS OS, MS Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent
Knowledge of HBSS system, Windows Oss, network components and operations, MS Access, SharePoint, and workflow. ASP.NET, C#, and SharePoint Developer
Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
Capable of conveying complex information in a simplistic manner
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision
Able to take proactive measures to prevent problems rather than reactive by nature
Strong verbal and written communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Security Clearance: Position may require a DoD security clearance

Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
