Position Schedule:  Monday-Friday   0800-1630
Major Duties and Responsibilities:  Handle the operations & customer service responsibilities associated with inbound domestic shipments for both ocean and air freight. Track/trace shipments, & locally coordinate shipments through to delivery by due date.                                                                                                    Perform timely updates to shipment status' and communicate them to customers and other branch locations.Respond timely and accurately to customer pickup and quote requests.
