The wavespace is in need of modernization and a software platform to manage the operations as well as gain critical insights into our client’s issues are paramount.We are now seeking an experienced Product Manager to be the technology innovation leader to continue evolving the technology client experience in the wavespace. This role is meant to foster new software and hardware relationships for the wavespace as well as manage a team member (contractor) who will manage the day-to-day product management activities for Mural and Miro. This role will have the ultimate product management responsibilities for those advanced whiteboard products.Your key responsibilitiesAs an Enterprise Technology Product Manager, you will have end to end responsibility for the selection, delivery and support of a portfolio of products and services focused around the wavespace Digital Platform.You will be accountable for all aspects of product management including Planning, Innovation, Engineering, Operational Support, Financial Management, Security and Compliance, Vendor and Stakeholder Management, Marketing and Adoption.Some of the key responsibilities for this role are:Liaise with internal wavespace business partners (Facilitators, Designers, Process Facilitators and location leaders) to understand their needs and introduce technology solutions that could improve their process or the client experience.
Constant scanning of the technology marketplace to introduce new and emerging concepts to the wavespace.
Understand and manage the cost model underpinning the software platforms (budget, licensing, charging model etc).
Coordinate activities across other wavespace software platforms and look for ways to innovate with existing tools.

To qualify for the role you must haveBachelor or master’s degree in information technology
Approximately 10 years of experience in a comparable role
Ideally, you’ll also haveExperience with the Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
A broad understanding of the value provided by wavespace
Practical experience and knowledge leading workshops and facilitated sessions
