Stinger Ray's Tropical Bar & Grill at the Kahului Airport has an opening for an Assistant F&B Manager. This individual will support the F&B Manager with the day-to-day operations in the restaurant and the supervising of non-management associates. Qualified candidates must possess:
A minimum of 1 year management experience and also a minimum 1 year food service experience.
Team management, delegation and issue resolution skills and ability to multi-task;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents;
People management skills;
Excellent customer service and rapport building skills.
If you are team oriented, able to manage operational systems, work under pressure, are computer literate, possess knowledge of food safety, adult beverage and are able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, this may be the job for you.
