SUMMARY:

The Guest Service Agent provides prompt, courteous service to all hotel guests while managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and phone communications with professionalism and accuracy. As the primary point of contact for guests, this role ensures a welcoming experience by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and representing the hotel with a polished, service-oriented attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests upon arrival and departure, process payments, and issue room keys.

Manage reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, and activities.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.

Perform daily balancing and report reconciliation.

Enforce hotel policies and maintain high service standards.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in a professional hospitality setting.

Pay Range: $21.00 per hour
