General Manager (GM) will be responsible for all business activities, with direct or indirect oversight of all front and back of house operations. Other managers responsible for operations will report to GM and the quality of their work and performance will be your responsibility. The Quality, performance and reputation of the company will fall to GM, who will report to founders.

Core skills and experience should include business and team management, task and project management, excellent communication skills and experience in the hospitality and food service industry.
