923 Cafe, formerly Canton Seafood restaurant at 923 Keeaumoku St, is looking to build a complete kitchen staff, from executive chef to line cooks. Restaurant is FULLY EQUIPPED with grill, fryer, range, etc, walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, tableware, and furniture.
Cafe will serve lunch, dinner, afternoon coffee/snacks, and also a late night menu. Concept will be local favorites, plate lunches, and bar food.
