Family owned take out restaurant looking for front of house food service worker/ cashier
Job qualifications:
Experience is preferred but not required—we can train you. Students with a valid work permit are welcome to apply.
Must be comfortable interacting with customers and maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include basic cashiering (giving correct change), simple food prep— cutting vegetables, dishwashing, taking orders, and preparing à la carte plates.
Pay: $15/ hour after every shift, plus tips.
First month training pay is $14/ hour after every shift, plus tips.
Shift times: 4am-1pm preferably, or 4am-8am/ 8am-1pm (open Tuesday-Saturdays)
Job duties:
- Working cashier, counting and handing out correct change
- Creating plates (ala carte style, they choose their food item(s) of choice you just put the items in a plate)
- Making musubis (spam musubis, onigiri)
- Vegetable cutting here and there. Green beans, green onions, carrots, onions.
- Washing dishes
