Pukalani Superette is looking for a Full time - Dishwasher / Food Prep person!

Job duties include:
Hand wash large pots, pans and utensils
Place clean pots, pans and utensils in proper storage areas
Sweep and mop dish washing area
Take out trash and slop to designated areas
Clean equipment
Cook rice
Preparing of various foods with passion.
Knowledgeable of and adheres to proper food handling procedures and safety/sanitation guidelines at all times.
Works cooperatively as a member of the kitchen team.
Identifies and understands the proper use of kitchen tools and equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Pre-employment requirements; Passed a TB skin test within 10 years.
Must be flexible, able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Standing for long periods, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
