Kula Lodge and Kula Market Place
Kula Lodge and Restaurant is currently looking for experienced Line Cooks, Pizza Cooks, Dishwashers, Servers and Floor/Shift Managers.
Kula Marketplace is currently looking for experienced retail sales staff.
Full-time or part-time, weekends and afternoons, 2 pm to 7:30pm.

For The Kula Lodge and Restaurant
Applicants must be able to meet the following criteria:
Have previous restaurant experience
Moderate knife skills
Open Availability
Reliable Transportation
Ability to read and call out tickets
Ability to read and follow recipes
Basic math skills
Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Ability to communicate well with others
Excel in teamwork
Work well under pressure
Have a high standard for quality
A culinary degree is not required but is a plus.
We offer competitive compensation. Kitchen wages are based on experience.
All applicants must be able to provide a negative TB test and Food Handler's Card.
Servers and Managers also need a liquor card.

Dealing with stock and deliveries
Merchandising and point of sale
Open Availability, especially afternoons and weekends.
Basic knowledge of Hawaiian culture is a plus!
