Beach Bums BBQ & Grill in Maalaea is looking for an experienced Lead Line Cook/Manager for Dinners. Candidates for this position must have 8 + years experience and able to work all line positions in a fast paced, high volume setting. Good communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work 50 hours a week. This position will also involve overseeing the nightly closing of the kitchen so must have own transportation. Starting pay is $20 to $25 per hour depending on qualifications + benefits.
