Kiawe Smokehouse the new BBQ Concept at Daylight Mind Kona is looking for Line Cook and Prep cooks at our location in Kailua Kona.
We are currently looking for experienced, part and full-time line cooks. We pay a competitive market rate and a $700 hiring bonus paid when candidates qualify.
Our line cooks:
-Verify prep levels, maintain clean and safe working environment
-Most important a passion for BBQ and local cuisine.
Prep cooks:
-Maintain pars, order and work with the line team to execute day to day and may fill in for special events.
Required:
-Previous line and saute cook experience is a plus
-ServSafe Certified or if you aren't we'll pay to get you certified
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
- Great smile!
