Sushi Hawaii Rolls and Bowls (@sushihirollsandbowls) is opening a brand-new location at Queens’ Marketplace in Waikoloa Beach Resort, and we’re hiring our opening team.
We are looking for full-time and part-time team members who are reliable, friendly, and ready to help us serve great sushi rolls and bowls to locals and visitors.
POSITIONS:
Sushi Team Member / Cook-Cashier
Starting at $20/hr + tips
Full-time and part-time openings
Advancement opportunities into trainer, supervisor, and management roles for reliable top performers
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Making sushi rolls and bowls to order
Prepping fresh ingredients and keeping the line stocked
Taking guest orders at the counter and handling cash/card transactions
Keeping the workspace, counters, and dining area clean and organized
Providing friendly, welcoming service to every guest
Helping with opening or closing side work as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Dependable and on time – we value reliability
Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen and food-court environment
Good communication and teamwork
Able to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
SCHEDULE:
Full-time: consistent 3–5 day work weeks depending on role
Part-time: flexible shifts available
Weekend and evening availability is a plus
PAY & ADVANCEMENT:
Wages start at $20/hr + tips
Raises and advancement based on performance, reliability, and responsibility
