About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to restaurant standards.
- Develop and implement new bakery items for the menu, showcasing creativity and innovation.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and presentation of all baked goods.
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery section, including inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen team on menu development.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or in a similar role.
- Expertise in baking techniques, dough preparation, and cake decoration.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred, but not required.
