Fork & Salad Kihei is looking for a full time manager to oversee all admin, banking and operations for the restaurants. Hours are 9am-4pm Monday to Friday and nights and weekends as needed.
Management experience preferrred.
Must be good at cash handling, leadership, communication, problem solving, and customer service.
Job Duties Include but aren't limited to:
-banking
-checking the daily deposits and problem solving
-pooling the tips
-writing the schedule
-hiring and firing
-training
-troubleshooting issues and solving customer problems
-assisting during the lunch rush and cutting labor as needed
