We are looking for a Sous Chef with dedication and passion for creating quality food and great relationships with awesome people! Candidate needs to have the "hands-on" skills to be able to work hot and cold stations on the line and also the leadership skills to build and elevate our team to provide the best guest experience possible.
This position includes daily hands-on cooking, plating, prepping and tasting and is accountable for order reviews, food preparation, rotation, and presentation. Includes assisting Chef with management duties of daily BOH operations: catering prep, ordering/receiving, training and oversight of company policies, health standards and safety practices.
