Huggos and Kai Eats & Drinks (Opening Soon)- The two premier water front restaurants in Kailua Kona are looking for Sous Chefs to work in our killer kitchens!

Applicants must have a minimum 2 years as Lead Line Cook, Kitchen Supervisor or Sous Chef in a Restaurant. A culinary degree would help, but is not necessary. No pan-throwers or screamers - must play well with others!

Must have a do whatever it takes attitude. Experience required with food production, recipe adherence and portion control, plus ability to be a great line cook/leader. Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

Must fully embrace our philosophy. This is a great job waiting for the right person.

You will be the expert on kitchen operations from ordering, to troubleshooting variances, to developing the line cooks, prep cooks, and utilities. You will be responsible for maintaining our high quality product, the integrity of our kitchen systems, and the financial well-being of the back of house.
