Unique opportunity to get in early and establish yourself in a versatile environment. Puna location Kitchen/Bar and Food Truck allows flexibility to execute fresh boat to table and farm to table menus anywhere in our community. We are Hawaiian fishermen and farmers looking for an experienced, creative, hardworking person to join the us. Pay is negotiable based on skill level and ability.
