The Flying Saucer is located in Old Kapaa Town and open Thursday + Friday + Saturday nights.
We are looking for someone to work in our small one person kitchen and execute our pupu menu.
The shift starts at approximately 3 PM and ends at approximately 11:30 PM. Duties include cooking tickets to order for our small bar (18 seats), helping with dishes and glassware, proper clean up at the end of the night, etc.
This is a small and intimate operation with only three staff members working together. We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, is a good team player and has an interest in quality food and drink.
