Moku Roots in Lahaina is the only zero waste farm to table restaurant with the most innovative and constantly changing menu on Maui.
We are open breakfast, lunch, dinner 8-8 M-S and brunch on Sundays.
Season has arrived! and we are in need of a few solid chefs/line cooks
- you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
- kitchen experience isn't necessary but helpful
- a knowledge of health/vegetarian/vegan food is helpful but not necessary
- we work as a team here, we all help each other our whether that be dishes, cleaning, prep, etc.
- as our menu is constantly changing, we love to let all of our cooks shine and contribute their ideas to the menu
- Part time or full time available
- Pay is based on experience and hourly + tips!
