ÂLPNÂJob Duties (but not limited to):
Prepare, administer, and record medication & observe/report drug reaction or medication errors
Trach and Vent care
Assist, develop, revise and review resident care plans
LPN Requirements:
Current State of Hawaii LPNÂLicense
Minimum of 6 months LPNÂexperience, Pediatric work experience preferred
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Current two-stepÂTB/Chest X-Ray within 1-year
