LPN Job Duties but not limited to
Prepare, administer, and record medication & observe/report drug reaction or medication errors
Trach and Vent care
Assist, develop, revise and review resident care plans
LPN Requirements
State of Hawaii LPN License
Minimum of 6 months of recent LPN experience
Current TB within the year
Current CPR/BLS certification
Trach and Vent experience, preferred
