Maintenance Project Manager (Honolulu)

One Kalakaua is seeking to fill a Project Manager for the Maintenance & Security team. The primary responsibility is to implement and maintain the facility's operations through the provision of a safe, secure, clean, efficient and comfortable environment for our residents, staff and guests.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Education &Experience: Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED. Experience in creating project timelines, seeing a project from start to finish, work with vendors/contractors, and must have strong administrative skills. Such as but not limited to working with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, payroll and billing applications. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality and works well with others. Strong organizational skills. Works independently and meets deadlines. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to obtain a valid Guard License Card within 6 months from the date of hire.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Communicates effectively, both orally and written, using proper speech and grammar.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a 24 ft. ladder. Bending and extensive walking required. Manual coordination is required to operate computer. Continuous visual attention to detail required. Sitting 50% of the time.
