Under supervision of Director of Nursing (DON), assists with completion and planning of all MDS/RAI/care plan and other related requirements in accordance with federal and state regulations and standards that govern facility to ensure highest quality of resident care and accuracy is maintained at all times. Other duties as assigned.
Hawaii RN license and CPR certification and computer skills required. MDS certification and previous MDS/RAI and long-term care experience strongly preferred. BSN, previous nursing management, geriatric, and medicare/medicaid experience preferred.
