Medical Clinic Front Desk Receptionist

Specialty medical office looking for a medical assistant who has experience in procedural clinic settings. This is a fast paced clinic that sees many patients per day, thus a multi-tasking, responsible & professional MA with skills in the following areas is REQUIRED:

DO NOT apply without minimum 2 years medical experience

booking patient appointments

full understanding of Hawaii insurance

collecting co-pays

experience calling in RX & assisting physician with RX-

printing, scanning, email and computer savy with scanning and basic computer programs-

checking insurance eligibility-

general phoning skills-

patient intakes with history, physicals & vitals-

ability to start IVs & sterile technique- (not required- but please note if you have these skills)

Must already be resident on Big Island.

Working Mon-Fri. Excellent benefits included.
