The Villas is looking for genuinely caring Social Service Associates who strives to provide operational excellence and genuine care in a beautifully renovated, fast paced, team environment. Under the supervision of the Social Service Director, our Social Service Associates provide excellent customer service, support and advocacy to residents and families by identifying and assessing psychosocial needs, emotional needs, environment needs and spiritual needs. Assist with admission, discharge and transfer needs. Assist with abuse prevention program and abuse investigations.

Successful Social Service Associate Applicants MUST:
Pass criminal background check, TB and drug screen.
Bachelors degree or about to graduate from an accredited university/college (social work degree preferred).
Must possess strong customer service, communication, assessment, counseling, and problem solving skills and be able to prioritize and multi-task in a high demand/fast paced environment.

Hours:
Part-time: day and weekend shifts are available.
