Leeward Large Contractor who has been in business for over 50 years is looking for

Human Resource Administrator with Payroll background! Looking to hire ASAP!

Minimum Qualifications:

(State the minimum required education level and/or equivalent years of job experience needed to be considered for the position. Also state computer skills and software knowledge if required.)

1. Bachelors Degree with five (3) plus years experience in the Human Resource administration

2. Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws.

3. Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

4. Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.

5. Must be highly organized and self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks.

6. Excellent oral and written communications skills, with strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

7. 3 years previous payroll processing/auditing experience

8. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

9. Computer friendly.

Assist with coordinating corporate events

Payroll administration- Preparation, processing, and distribution

Processing HR related reports (i.e., TDI, DOL, payrolletc.)

Arrange and oversees the interview and hiring process, providing information on Company benefits.

Assist in updating Job Descriptions, Job Titles, personnel handbooks, employee policies, and other related employee information.

Assist with Performance Review Program.

Keep accurate records of Benefit Plans participation and prepare required government Reports, such as the Form 5500. Prepare and maintain required government reports and other compliance records.

Conduct new employee orientation

Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.

Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.

Perform benefits administration, including open enrollment, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees. Provides approval for related invoices.

Correspond with Benefit providers

Physical presence required in the office.
