General house cleaning for a single resident. Applicant is asked to have reliable transportation, punctual with some leeway, and a pleasant disposition. All equipment and supplies will be provided to complete cleaning task. The residence is split level with stairs. Applicant is asked to clean; 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an office, dining room, kitchen, living room, and outside deck/lanai. All room floors are wood, slate, or tile. Work hours are flexible: Start anytime between the hours of 11am and 130pm. Historically it takes between 4 to 5 hours of work to complete cleaning. House has many windows and mirrors, but extra work days will be given to clean them. Generally the resident keeps a neat and tidy home, most of the cleaning will be; dusting, vacuuming and mopping, surface wiping, and general kitchen and bathroom cleaning.
Hourly pay wage will be negotiated with experience.
