Manage with the daily janitorial and building maintenance work, including but not limited to, routine maintenance, grounds/landscaping, appliance repair and building repair. Distribute and track work orders to Maintenance Technicians. Report to the Property Manager and issues regarding the property or tenant units. Participate in Maintenance quarterly meetings, annual budget preparation, Capital Improvement process, contact vendors for bids to complete site/project work and other administrative duties as needed.
