Full-Time | 28–40 hours per week | $20–$25 per hour (DOE)
Our AOAO community is seeking a dependable and
experienced Maintenance/Utility Technician to join our
property team. This position supports the upkeep and
efficient operation of the association’s common areas,
facilities, and systems.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general building and property maintenance across
common areas
-Painting, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
-Install and repair AC drip lines and perform routine A/C
drain maintenance
-Groundskeeping, cleaning, and general upkeep of exterior
and shared spaces
-Grill cleaning and maintenance of community BBQ areas
-Safely perform work from ladders and handle basic hand and
power tools
-Follow maintenance schedules and respond to work orders
promptly
-Communicate clearly with management, board members, and
residents as needed
-Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor and appearance
representing the AOAO
Qualifications:
-Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance experience in an
AOAO, HOA, or similar property setting
-Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry,
and painting
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
-Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
-$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
-Full-time position: 28–40 hours per week
-Flexible schedule possible
