Elite cleaning company seeking professional housekeeper & teammate for several high end properties in the Wailea & Makena area. The right candidate will assist with the cleanliness & immaculate presentation of each condominium that we're responsible for maintaining. We're searching for a colleague that is responsible, highly attentive, honest & friendly while working in a team setting as well as on solo job assignments. Job Description/Duties:
Consistently offers professional service with a mission of perfection during each clean.
Cleans in a timely manner focusing on the assigned task.
Responsibilities Include:
Full & thorough cleaning of all indoor areas & outdoor living spaces.
Reporting necessary maintenance items for repair and items in need of replacement.
Other duties as assigned relating to position.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping experience an asset, but not required.
Must have an eye for paying attention to the smallest of details.
Possess prioritization and time management skills.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Some weekend work is a Must in this business.
Must be able to perform all physical aspects of job requirements.
Must be flexible, able to self-motivate, work independently and in a team setting.
Reliable transportation (your own vehicle is necessary)
Proficient English speaking skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Must be a highly responsible & reliable person & teammate.
Compensation:
Our company will supply all of the necessary equipment, supplies & amenities needed.
Training pay starts at $20/hr with frequent pay increases.
Raise increases at 90 days, 6 mo & 1 yr of employment, upon positive evaluation.
Hourly rate increase at certain properties ranging from $20-$35/hr depending on scope of work assigned.
