Aloha, We have a beautiful 5 bedroom Vacation Rental (permitted) in Makawao that needs a complete clean approx. 3-4 times a month. It takes 3 people about 5 hours, so this job is about 15-20 hours a month @ $20 an hour. There is a possibility for additional cleaning work as well. We are looking for a small team of cleaners who can work on a variety of different days of the week between the hours of 10am and 4pm. We usually know the dates well in advance. THIS IS AN EMPLOYMENT situation, NOT an independent contractor or under the table job.
Please note that this job requires someone who SHOWS UP and does a really thorough job. Cleaning vacation rentals requires the every drawer and cupboard are cleaned, not just surfaces and sometimes it all has to be completed quickly, for a same day check in. So, you must be aware, focused, thorough, responsible and careful. It requires vacuuming, organizing, laundry, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, some windows, wiping screens, cleaning lanai, dishes, etc. It is preferred that you have cleaning experience, but we can teach you the specifics. It is more important that you pay attention to detail and are aware.
