Strong customer service skills
Able to work in a team environment
Able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Able to lift and carry, with proper equipment, up to 100 lbs
Able to drive, with proper training, Company vehicles including but not limited to forklifts and vans
Able to use, with training, required tools and equipment to prepare flooring materials for delivery to or pick up by customers
Able to use, with training, required tools and equipment to finish carpet edgings
Able to follow written and oral instructions
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness and ability to perform all required duties and additional duties as needed.
Work Hours: Shifts between 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; 40 hours/ week. Some early morning meetings; some evening work until 8 pm, as needed. This is a non-exempt position.
