This is a "hands on" role in which the employee will be expected to execute the duties below, as well as work well in a team environment. This position requires the ability to learn and help organize the warehouse inventory and make periodic deliveries to the our warehuses in other areas of the island. We are looking for someone that is highly organized, driven and maintains has initiative. A cool, upbeat, professional demeaner is also welcomed. This individual will need to learn the packing and laundry sides of the business.
Perform the essential duties necessary for efficient warehouse operations.
Ongoing effort to organize (size, type, style, color or product #) inventory, and its location.
Manage multiple tasks at one time with accuracy and efficiency.
Performs procedures 1-Opening and closing warehouse, shipping, receiving, organization, inventory count
Must be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs
Work repetitively folding multiple items daily and to identify stains/damage
Organize shelves and other spaces within the warehouse and clean spaces as needed
Dispose of any packing materials, wooden crates, pallets, cardboard
Must be on time and show up for shifts. Attendance is mandatory
Must be a team player.
Quick learner with a good work ethic able to understand and execute instructions. Have a positive/upbeat attitude.
All others duties as assigned
Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment
Looking for an intermittent delivery driver. Driving from Wailuku to the south and west side of the island. Must have a clean driving abstract
This position is full-time. Weekends can be necessary.
The Warehouse Inventory/Delivery Specialist is to report warehouse supervisor.
