Looking to gain paralegal experience with a renowned organization? A local social service agency is seeking a temporary Paralegal to assist with client cases, provide legal information, and coordinate communications between clients, attorneys, and other community agencies.Â


8:00am - 5:00pm


Oahu: Downtown Area


$20.00 to $23.00 HourlyAdditional Responsibilities:

Assist with client cases under the supervision of a licensed attorney

Interview clients, draft pleadings, perform necessary research and investigations

Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, case managers, advocates and other agencies/resources to assist clients with their legal and personal needs

Organize and maintain client files, ensure all docuemnts are completed, filed accurately, and all deadlines are met

Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in social science; paralegal degree or certificate; or the equivalent of two years of legal experience

Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication

Highly organized with great multi-tasking skills

Familiarity with legal community resources helpful

Ability to commit to up to four weeks
