Elite Parking is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns.
What you'll be doing:
- Measuring performance of online and offline campaigns
- Analyzing sales funnels and customer intent
- Examining a campaign's return on investment
- Researching consumer behavior
- Exploring market trends and opportunities
- Identifying new market opportunities
- Analyzing marketing metrics to identify cause and effect relationships
- Identifying positive financial outcomes to increase profitability
- Creating databases and capture market data
- Analyzing competitors
- Measuring ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Managing advertising costs
- Reporting on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
- Meeting with clients to ascertain marketing goals
- Creating questionnaires and surveys
- Tracking email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
- Monitoring budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking data
- Recommending website and campaign optimizations
- Researching and implementing marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling, etc)
- Completing concept-testing for new products
- Developing groups and solicit customer feedback
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
You are:
- Minimum three (3) years experience in similar position or related field.
- An expert in Google Analytics
- Knowledgeable with an in-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
- Experienced with PPC campaigns
- A high school graduate (or equivalent) with a Bachelors degree (preferred) in Marketing or relevant field
