The Social Media, Marketing Specialist position is created to research, develop and grow social media presence. Enhance current marketing initiatives and strategies while adhering to I. Kitagawa and Co. standards and guidelines.
Drive customers to dealership websites through social media presence.
Increase lead counts through social media and marketing initiatives.
Enhancing and develop current social media presence for Kama'aina Motors, Kama'aina Nissan and Kona Auto Center.
Research and execute new social media and marketing opportunities and strategies.
Develop and create digital ads for social media platforms.
Develop and create marketing strategies within social media platforms.
Partner with General Managers to identify individual dealership goals.
Complete Website monitoring report weekly.
Manage and respond to all reviews on multi-platforms. i.e. Google, Facebook, IG, etc.
Attend all events hosted by dealers to ensure publicity.
Build relationships with local businesses to grow social media.
Maintain open lines of communication with all relative departments.
Become knowledgeable of Federal advertising requirements and guidelines.
Adhere to all Federal Trade Commission requirements and guidelines.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Follow all company policy and procedure requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
