We are a local Honolulu home builder seeking to hire a full-time Selections Coordinator. This position is a great fit for someone who is self-motivated, well organized and enjoys working with customers to make the right choices and colors for the interior and/or exterior for the home of their dreams. The coordinator will report directly to the sales manager, become an expert in the company’s product offerings, and able to efficiently communicate with customers throughout their selections process.
Must be computer savvy in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn builder’s building software. Autocad experience is a plus.

Detailed & Organized
Must understand construction a little or be willing to learn the details of construction
Details of the position:
Detailed sheets need filled out to what the customer selected.
You will be completing your meetings and work on a structured schedule.
You will be responsible for pricing items out with vendors and presenting pricing to customers.
