This position is responsible for directing and supervising youth member activities and programs.

Skills / Knowledge Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and experience working with youth.
- Able to motivate youth and manage behaviors.
- Capable of supervising members in a safe environment.
- Effectively plan and implement quality programs for youth.
- Four years in related field or equivalent experience is acceptable.
