Customer service with strong oral and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Word and Excel (type 45+wpm; 10 key by touch)
General technical, Web design, HTML, JSON, Javascript and PHP
Hawaii Real Estate license: Active, inactive or enrolled in RE school.
Ability to:
prioritize with logical analytical and problem-solving skills
work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
solve problems, issues and objectives, effectively, efficiently and expedieantly
SALARY RANGE: $60K to $70K commensurate with experience.
BENEFITS: Fully paid HMSA medical and dental plan, sick leave, vacation, parking, 401K.
HOURS: M-F, 8am to 5:00pm; off weekends and bank holidays.
