Seeking Experienced Admin Assistant for Real Estate and Vacation Rental Management Office.
Part Time, Possibility for position to grow.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting with daily office task and marketing projects.
Data entry
Crating, preparing and sending out marketing materials
Replying to vacation rental request via email and phone
Assist guest with the reservation process
Quality control of vacation rentals
Keeping inventory and ordering vacation rental supplies
Qualifications:
Previous office experience
Computer experience including Microsoft Office programs required
Excellent oral and written skills
Familiar with West Maui
Experience in vacation rental business.
Marketing experience a plus
